Academic and research experience includes Professorship in Psychiatry, research in pathophysiology of Alzheimer’s disease and contribution to Prevention of AD program at McGill University, Canada.

Paul has 30+ years of experience in various roles across research and development, and most recently, across Global Market Access, Peri-Approval, Post-Approval, and Product Development.

Paul spent 17 years at Merck in a variety of roles, the last of which was as Global Market Access Strategy Team Leader for the Oncology franchise. He then spent 4 years at Labcorp Drug Development leading the Phase IV Solutions team before moving to the Market Access Consulting group

Madhur has 12+ years’ experience in healthcare in diverse capacities. He has worked across global, EMEA and JAPAC roles in pharma. He is a market access and pricing strategist with HEOR technical skills.

Madhur has experience with all major payers and HTA’s; across Europe, North America, Middle East and APAC and has developed and executed HEOR, pricing and market access strategy for multiple compounds and for TA’s including: neuroscience, cardiovascular metabolics, immunology, oncology, infectious diseases, diabetes and dermatology. He has managed HEOR, MA & pricing strategy for 2+bn $ per annum portfolio, along-with 20+ SME FTE’s.
